        FY3051DP系列智能差压变送器采用了数字技术及特殊的集成电路和表面安装技术，减小了体积，确保了性能和可靠性。过程压力通过两侧或一侧的隔离膜片、灌充液传至δ室的中心测量膜片，中心膜片是一个张紧的弹性元件，它对于作用在其上的两侧压力差产生相应变形位移，其位移与差压成正比，最大位移约100um，这种位移转变为电容极板上形成的差动电容，由电子线路把差动电容转换成二线制的4-20mADC信号，供给PLC及二次仪表。

        FY3051DPseries intelligent differential pressure transmitter adopts digitaltechnology, special integrated circuit and surface mounting technology toreduce volume and ensure performance and reliability. the process pressure istransmitted to the central measuring diaphragm of the δ chamber through two orone isolation diaphragm and filling liquid. The central diaphragm is atensioned elastic element, which produces corresponding deformationdisplacement for the pressure difference between the two sides acting on it, thedisplacement is proportional to the differential pressure, and the maximumdisplacement is about 100um. this displacement is converted into thedifferential capacitance formed on the capacitor plate. The differentialcapacitance is converted into a two-wire 4-20madc signal by the electroniccircuit, which is supplied to PLC and secondary instruments.

        FY3051DP系列智能差压变送器除具有远程通讯功能外，还具有内部量程和调零按钮，便于现场重新调整量程和零位、变送器的输出有线性或开方，均可以通过软件实现。此外变送器可以在4~20mA传输信号上叠加一个数字通讯信号进行查询和诊断，在不中断过程输出信号，可在控制室对变送器进行远程查询和重新组态。

The output of the transmitter has linear or square root, which can berealized by software. in addition, the transmitter can add a digitalcommunication signal on the 4 ~ 20mA transmission signal for query anddiagnosis, and output the signal without interruption. The transmitter can beremotely queried and reconfigured in the control room.
