FE2系列科里奥利质量流量计是利用流体在直线运动的同时处于一旋转系中,产生与质量流量成正比的科里奥利力原理制成的一种直接式质量流量仪表。基于科里奥利原理的流量仪表的开发始于20世纪50年代初,但直到70年代中期,才推向市场。到80年代中后期各国仪表公司相继开发,FE2系列质量流量计是由我公司自主研发的产品,产品性达到国际先进水平,质量流量计准确度高,可以同时测量流量、温度、密度、进行双组份介质成份(浓度)推算测量精度不受介质压力、温度,粘度影响,在贸易计量及定量控制具有重要意义,产品广泛用于科研、石油、化工、冶金、制药、电厂、给排水、造纸、食品、能源、油品仓储、矿产开发、市政、纺织印染和环保等领域。
FE2series Coriolis mass flowmeter is a direct mass flow instrument made byutilizing the Coriolis force principle that is proportional to the mass flowrate when the fluid is in a rotating system while moving in a straight line.The development of flow meters based on the Coriolis principle began in theearly 1950s, but it was not until the mid-1970s that they were introduced tothe market. In the mid to late 1980s, various instrument companies around theworld successively developed FE2 series quality flow meters. Our companyindependently developed the FE2 series quality flow meters, which reached theinternational advanced level in product quality. The accuracy of the quality flowmeters is high, and they can simultaneously measure flow, temperature, density,and calculate the composition (concentration) of two-component media withoutbeing affected by media pressure, temperature, viscosity. The measurementaccuracy is of great significance in trade measurement and quantitativecontrol. The products are widely used in scientific research, petroleum,chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, power plants, water supply and drainage,papermaking, food, energy, oil storage, mining development, municipal, textileprinting and dyeing, and environmental protection fields.
FE2系列科里奥利质量流量计是根据科里奥利力原理及多变量数字处理测量技术开发的一种新型的高精度流量及密度测量仪表。实现流体质量流量的直接精密测量,而无需任何压力、温度、粘度、密度等换算或修正。其结构是由传感器单元和变送器单元两部分组成。能够直接测量流体的质量,具有高精度(0.1%~0.2%),安装要求低(对仪表的前后直管段要求不高),运行可靠、稳定,维修率低等特点。
FE2series Coriolis mass flowmeter is a new type of high-precision flow and densitymeasurement instrument developed based on the Coriolis force principle andmultivariate digital processing measurement technology. Realize direct andprecise measurement of fluid mass flow rate without the need for any conversionor correction of pressure, temperature, viscosity, density, etc. Its structureconsists of two parts: a sensor unit and a transmitter unit. It can directlymeasure the quality of fluids, with high accuracy (0.1%~0.2%), low installationrequirements (low requirements for the front and rear straight pipe sections ofthe instrument), reliable and stable operation, and low maintenance rate.
