WTY-1□□□液体压力式温度计是利用液体的热胀冷缩来进行温度测量的,温包、毛细管和弹簧管组成的密闭系统内充满了测温介质—液体,当温包刚收到温度变化时,密闭系统内的压力因液体体积变化而变化,引起弹簧管曲率变化使其自由端产生位移,再通过连杆和传动机构带动指针转动,在表盘上指示出被测温度。该款仪表具有线性刻度、温包体积小、反应速度快、灵敏度高、读数直管等特点,几乎集合了玻璃棒温度计、双金属温度计、蒸汽和气体压力式温度计所有的优点,是目前适用范围最广、性能最全面的一种机械式测温仪表。
WTY-1□□□Liquid PressureThermometer uses the thermal expansion and contraction of liquid fortemperature measurement. A closed system composed of a temperature bulb,capillary tube, and spring tube is filled with the temperature measuring medium- liquid. When the temperature bulb just receives a temperature change, thepressure in the closed system changes due to the change in liquid volume,causing the curvature of the spring tube to change and causing displacement atits free end. The pointer is then driven to rotate by the connecting rod andtransmission mechanism, indicating the measured temperature on the dial. Thisinstrument has the characteristics of linear scale, small temperature bulbvolume, fast reaction speed, high sensitivity, and straight reading tube. Italmost combines all the advantages of glass rod thermometer, bimetallicthermometer, steam and gas pressure thermometer, and is currently the mostwidely applicable and comprehensive mechanical temperature measuring instrument.
