        FY212W系列紧凑型热电阻温度计的探杆可通过焊接式螺纹或活动卡套连接到工艺过程当中。也可提供不同形式的套管。根据不同要求探杆指定可选3~10mm直径的保护管。适用于测量温度范围-200℃~+500℃的液体和气体介质当中。

        FY212W seriescompact thermal resistance thermometer can be connected to the process throughwelded thread or movable ferrule. Different forms of casing are also available.According to different requirements, the probe rod can be designated as aprotective tube with a diameter of 3~10mm. It is applicable to liquid and gasmedium with measuring temperature range of -200℃~+500℃.

        FY212W系列紧凑型热电阻温度计输出信号Pt100(二线、三线、四线可选)。集成变送器输出4~20mA(二线)。出线系那是为标准的DIN EN43650(DINEN175301-803A)赫斯曼接头，防水抗振设计。

二、工作原理   Operational principle

        FY212W系列紧凑型热电阻温度计在工作状态下所测得的热电势(电阻)的变化，经过温度变送器的电桥产生不平衡信号，经放大后转换成为4-20mA的直流电信号给工作仪表，工作仪表便显示出所对应的值，通常和显示仪表，记录仪表，电子计算机等配套使用。输出4-20mA直接测量各种生产过程中的-200℃~+500℃范围内液体，蒸汽和气体介质及固体表面温度。

        FY212Wseries compact thermal resistance thermometer the change of thermoelectricpotential (resistance) measured by under working condition generates anunbalanced signal through the bridge of the temperature transmitter, which isamplified and converted into a 4-20mA DC electrical signal to the workinginstrument, and the working instrument will display the corresponding value,usually used together with the display instrument, recording instrument,electronic computer, etc. Output 4-20mA to directly measure the temperature ofliquid, steam, gas medium and solid surface in the range of -200℃ ~+500℃ invarious production processes.
