        EMF5100插入式智能电磁流量传感器(简称传感器)是由电磁流量转换器(简称转换器)配套组成插入式电磁流量计(简称流量计)，用来测量输送管道内各种导电液体的体积流量。

        EMF5100 plug-in intelligent electromagneticflow sensor (referred to as the sensor) is a plug-in electromagnetic flow meter(referred to as the flow meter) composed of an electromagnetic flow converter(referred to as the converter), used to measure the volume flow rate of variousconductive liquids in the conveying pipeline.

        EMF5100插入式智能电磁流量计是在管道式电磁流量计的基础上发展起来的一种新型流体流量仪表。它在保留管道式电磁流量计优点的基础上，针对管道式电磁流量计在大管道上安装困难、费用大等缺陷，根据尼库拉磁(NIKURADS)原理，用电磁方法通过测量流体的平均流速，从而获得流体的体积流量。特别是采用了带压开孔，带压安装技术后，插入式电磁流量计可在不停车(水)的情况下安装，也可在铸铁管、水泥管、PE管上安装。

        EMF5100 plug-in intelligent electromagneticflowmeter is a new type of fluid flow instrument developed on the basis ofpipeline electromagnetic flowmeter. On the basis of retaining the advantages ofpipeline electromagnetic flow meters, it addresses the difficulties and highcosts of installing pipeline electromagnetic flow meters on large pipelines.According to the principle of NIKURADS, electromagnetic methods are used tomeasure the average flow velocity of the fluid, thereby obtaining the volumeflow rate of the fluid. Especially with the use of pressurized opening andinstallation technology, the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter can be installedwithout stopping (water), as well as on cast iron pipes, cement pipes, and PEpipes.

        EMF5100插入式智能电磁流量计广泛应用于化工、化纤、冶金、化肥、造纸、给排水、污水处理、环保、能源管理等工业生产过程和自动化控制系统、农业灌溉水的计量等。

        EMF5100 plug-in intelligent electromagneticflowmeter is widely used in industrial production processes such as chemicalindustry, chemical fiber, metallurgy, fertilizer, papermaking, water supply anddrainage, sewage treatment, environmental protection, energy management,automation control systems, and agricultural irrigation water metering.
