        在工业自控系统中，WZP系列热电阻作为温度传感器已得到广泛应用，但在某些场合，如化工厂、冶炼厂、火电厂等，用热电阻就极易损坏。因此，在这些场合必须采用特殊材料及结构的热电阻。

        Inindustrial automation systems, the WZP series thermistors have been widely usedas temperature sensors. However, in certain situations, such as chemicalplants, smelters, thermal power plants, etc., using thermistors can easilycause damage. Therefore, special materials and structures of thermistors mustbe used in these situations.

        WZP系列耐磨耐腐热电阻由于针对不同温度范围及被测介质而采用不同的高强度耐磨保护管及表面改性措施，构成复合管型实体化结构本系列产品适用于对保护管磨损严重的石油化工，输煤系统，流化床式锅炉，水泥熟料及耐火材料等流动粉体及物料的温度测量。进一步提高热电阻的使用寿命。保护套管具有耐磨，耐高温氧化，耐硫化、耐液态铁粉、石灰石等水泥料腐蚀，抗冲刷。

        WZPseries wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant thermal resistance adoptsdifferent high-strength wear-resistant protective tubes and surfacemodification measures for different temperature ranges and tested media,forming a composite pipe type solid structure. This series of products issuitable for temperature measurement of flowing powders and materials such aspetrochemical, coal conveying systems, fluidized bed boilers, cement clinker,and refractory materials with severe wear of protective tubes.

        WZP系列耐磨热电阻由耐磨头、连接杆、安装固定用的螺纹或法兰、接线盒、热电阻芯等部分组成。

        WZPseries wear-resistant thermistor is composed of wear-resistant head, connectingrod, thread or flange for installation and fixation, junction box, thermistorcore, and other parts.

        WZP系列耐磨热电阻采用特殊材质的耐热材质及耐磨合金材质作为测温外套管和耐磨头，根据被测量温度的不同，所选择的耐磨保护管材质也不同，采用法兰连接或者螺纹连接方式，能长期使用在0-300℃的范围内进行温度测量，是冶金、化工、水泥厂、电厂、流化床锅炉行业运用在高温及耐磨环境中最理想的测量温度传感器。

        WZPseries wear-resistant thermistor uses special heat-resistant materials andwear-resistant alloy materials as the temperature measurement outer sleeve andwear-resistant head. Depending on the measured temperature, the selectedwear-resistant protection tube material is also different. It adopts flangeconnection or threaded connection, and can be used for temperature measurementin the range of 0-300 ℃ for a long time. It is the most ideal temperaturesensor used in high-temperature and wear-resistant environments in themetallurgical, chemical, cement, power plants, and fluidized bed boilerindustries.
