        TF系列热电偶、热电阻、双金属温度计安装套管是所有温度测量应用当中重要的部件，能将测量过程中与被测介质隔离，不仅可以保护周围环境和工作人员，还能将腐蚀性、高温、高压、大流量的介质与传感器隔开，用户在工作过程中也能够对传感器进行更换。

        TFseries thermocouple, thermistor, and bimetallic thermometer installation sleeveare important components in all temperature measurement applications. They canisolate the measurement process from the measured medium, not only protectingthe surrounding environment and workers, but also isolating corrosive, hightemperature, high pressure, and high flow media from the sensor. Users can alsoreplace the sensor during work.

        TF系列安装套管有多种款式和材质，可满足各类应用要求。接口类型和基本制造工艺室重要的设计选项要素。通常情况下，套管主要分为焊接式、螺纹式和法兰式。

        TF系列热电偶、热电阻、双金属温度计安装套管全部参照IEC国际标准设计，盲孔加工，耐高压，与设备同期制造和安装，不同压力等级，可满足不同需要。

        TFseries thermocouples, thermal resistors, and bimetallic thermometerinstallation sleeves are all designed according to IEC international standards,with blind hole processing, high pressure resistance, and manufactured andinstalled simultaneously with the equipment. Different pressure levels can meetdifferent needs.

三、技术参数   Technical parameter

        公称压力：一般是指在常温下，保护管所能承受的静态外压而不破裂。允许工作压力不仅与保护管材料，直径，壁厚有关，且与其结构形式，安装方法及被测介质的流速，种类有关。

        Nominalpressure: generally refers to the static external pressure that the protectivetube can withstand without rupture at room temperature. The allowable workingpressure is not only related to the material, diameter, and wall thickness ofthe protective tube, but also to its structural form, installation method, andthe flow rate and type of the measured medium.

        水压实验：对保护管的耐压和泄露检查有要求时，须对保护管进行试验。试验压力为保护管耐压等级的15倍。X射线探伤试验：对保护管的壁厚，偏心距等项目检查有要求时，须按用户要求进行检查。

        Waterpressure test: When there are requirements for the pressure resistance andleakage inspection of the protective tube, the protective tube must be tested.The test pressure is 15 times the pressure rating of the protective tube. X-rayinspection test: When there are requirements for inspecting the wall thickness,eccentricity, and other items of the protective tube, it must be inspectedaccording to the user's requirements.
